Proven track record of marketing success within the intermediary mortgage market (20+ years’ experience as a lender, distributor and broker) plus, most recently achieved further accolades by developing a B2C marketing campaign to launch a new Private Rental Scheme (PRS) development in Liverpool. As a marketing consultant, I now work with a wide range of clients in the mortgage intermediary sector who include brokers, distributors, fintech providers and lenders.

Owned the lead generation, customer retention & referral marketing strategies for the largest mortgage broker in the UK (Countrywide Mortgage Services)
I created and implemented the marketing campaign for The Cargo Building (one of the largest PRS schemes launched in the North West in 2017). Resulting in over 50% occupation in 3 months of launch (better than the best case scenario predicted)
I was responsible for developing the B2B & B2C marketing strategies for 8 separate businesses in the group i.e. surveying, auctions, land & new homes etc.. This included the remit to increase cross-sales between businesses
Built an integrated digital marketing strategy across multiple business areas (B2B & B2C)
Prior to becoming Marketing Director, I ran a Corporate Business team which included building a bids and corporate sales function which won over £30m pa worth of contracts in 5 years (from the business winning none in the 5 years previous)

Primary responsibilities included managing of brand and marketing strategies for 5 mortgage lending brands. Managed a team of 7 with budgetary control of £2m+. Due to the economic conditions in the 10 months in this role, I conducted numerous budgetary reviews and cuts, resulting in staff redundancies.

Joined a business lending £600m a year, I left when it was lending £4bn. I was responsible for the entire marketing launch of the new mortgage lender in 2003 (after a merger with a sister brand) and eventually built a marketing team of 6. I also performed company spokesperson duties.
